Windows Username and password

Im trying to connect to my pc from another pc but it says I need the windows username and password. Where do i find this?

You might need to open up all your files on the computer you have to connect to. Make sure the other computer is on, and then you might need to enter the user and pass of the computer you need to connect to.

If the host is using Windows Vista or 7, password protected sharing is on by default. It can be turned off in the Networking and Sharing Center.
