Hi,
I have a Sony VAIO VGN-NS10L laptop running Vista Home Premium 32 bit. My Windows Update is telling me to install Service Pack 2, but every time I try, I get to 100% Stage 3 of 3 and then it says: 'Service Pack did not install. Reverting changes. Do not turn off computer.'
I have tried about 4 times to install it but every time it tells me this.
Also to try to help, I have installed and ran:
Microsoft Update Standalone Package
This installed an update which wasnt being shown on Windows Update. The update is called KB947821.
After doing this the same still happened
Windows Service Pack 2 is called KB948465.
Any help or ideas at all would be really good because I haven't got a clue what to do now.
