Did you guys not see the HUGE post that started with a link to where to get it?
As for requirments, I have it running on a PIII 733MHz and 256M PC133 RAM. Slow, but it works.

yeah it may run on ur latitude but you wont be able to put anything on it other than vista because of ur 10gb hd...And im not even sure if it can even fit vista on there

It runs ok.. I have a Celeron. 512mb. 9250 radeon vid.
It still runs slow on it though and aero isn't even enabled.
I am sort of doing a video review on it for my class, however there isn't any voice narrating. That part will be done in my presentation.
If anyone who doesn't have it on their PC yet and wants to see how it starts up and runs, let me know and I can link the video to you guys.
I will post the exact specs of my PC when and if anyone is interested in this.

i would leave vista alone till they figure all their crap out, they have to recode a lot of it, they keep finding hidden errors in it, remember the beta only means its functional to a certain point, just cuz it works now doesnt meant its going to run smooth when the full version comes out, I'm sitting back to see how it works, im looking more towards 64 bit windows, with the new processors out, it'll be really nice
