I was just curious if the system I currently own is powerfull enough to run Windows Vista. Let me know if you know... check my sig for my PC details... Also if any of you know or have a link to the site that contains Vista's requirments, please post.... thank you

of course it will run vista relatively smoothly, and i would wait for a new processor, it depends what you do, but i think that set up is quite good

The Processor is the strongest point of his computer. If anything, you may want to upgrade to a 128MB dedicated video card or better.

Ok Im confused... i mean im not PC smart, i know a lil more than the average user but.. 1 person says my processor is the strongest part of my PC and 2 other peeps say I might wanna change it...

Should I ?

While the processor is good, you might want to get a new one in the future... But I do agree with them, I think that you would want to get a new graphics card first.

Go get the windows vista upgrade adviser (google it). It will scan your Pc and tell you what you need to change.

Is mine OK for Vista?
If it was 64-Bit, I would say yes. Unfortunetly it isn't, but they will be making 32-Bit versions of Vista. However not to long int he future, everything will be 64-bit and you will be out of luck. The video card is also decent, but 128MB is on the low end, so you may not be able to run all the 3D features of vista smoothly.

Out of curiosity, how much did you pay for that?
