windows won't boot up

Just recently I found that my pc will constantly start restarting on its own. It will get to the first windows screen with the scrolling task bar on the bottom, then it will just restart. It will then go to a menu where you can select from normal, safe startup, etc. The screen says that a serious error has occured such as power loss......etc. When I try to select to start up in safe mode or at a point where the pc didn't have any errors, it will just do the same thing.

The only change I made to my pc recently was to add to new WD HDDs and a raid card. I'm running the HDDs in raid 0 and have a couple of programs on that drive. Every was running fine with that.

The other HDD has windows on it. It's an older HP IDE 80gig HDD. Has my HDD just gone bad on me?? Please help.

PC specs:
P4 3.0ghz
2gigs PC3200 ram
Asus P4S800-MX mobo
Factory 80gig HP IDE HDD
2 WD 200gig sata HDD in raid 0
500w power supply
