This happen before and I just unplugged my comp and plugged it back in and it worked , it says dumping memory then memory dumped and the cannot load contact administrator ? HELP
Do you have a full installation disk for Windows? You will need that to correct this. The first you could try if you can get the safe mode command prompt only option in the F8 start menu is a manual system restore. You do that by typing the "%systemroot%\system32\restore\restrui.exe" at the prompt there and pressing enter.
If that fails to see any results you may be better off performing a repair install of Windows since this has been going on for a period of time. Using the "Fixboot" and "Fixmbr" commands at the recovery console wouldn't see anything there since this has nothing to do with either the master boot record or boot sector.
