Windows XP authentification help!!

i have 15 days left to activate windows so ive been trying to get this to go for a wile now. i need to get windows activated and its not letting me, i have 2 valid keys (dell OEM ones tho) one is mine one my buddys. neither work and its gettin me mad. ive used the key about 15 times before when ive formatted computers and its worked fine. right now i have a laptop that is activated fine and working. The main reason i want to activate it so bad and not just find some crack out their is because i need sp2. Wireless networking seemed to work better on it.

I tried slipstreaming sp2 with my XP OEM and it wont until windows is activated. Is their some way i could copy a registry file or anything from my laptop to this computer. Please help!!!
 
Just go on ebay, you can buy a LEAGL coppy of XP prfetional for about £20 so home edition will be even cheaper. These are also sealed and brand new.
 
like boxed and everything? or u mean just the key? cuz i thought about getting a key from their, but i thought they would prolly be fake

Well the key is what you are really paying for, the CD's themselves are identical basically....and by the way the reason neither key works is because they have been activated too many times. Windows got CHEAP as hell with XP and made it so you can only activate so many times, which sucks for me cuz i like to reformat a lot.

Well it comes in a slealed package CD and all usualy. Just make sure what your buying. Have a look for yourself.
