Windows xp hard drive logo

I have a 250 hard dive which I have partitioned into three parts part 1 C: is fine part three E: is fine but the icon for part two D: is not being displayed there is a page icon the one you get when windows cant find the program file can any one help me put the hard drive icon back

My friend also have this prob. after he installed VTP6 and removed it. now his icon stays this way but it works fine. try
