I have windows Xp installed on Toshiba laptop.
Since last couple of weeks I had a problem that while working/surfing through any website the laptop automaticall will turn off then i need to restart.
Sometimes, even after restarting again so many times it will again power off
immediately But it i start after some time/next day then it will start but any time this problm will arise.

So, finally i reformated the whole system but the problem is still continue

I have EZ Armor Spamware, Anti Virus & Firewall is installed, but i have to off the firewall to work on Inernet

That sounds like you may have a hardware issue.

How is it shutting down? is it going through the shutdown menu or just shutting off?

Can you tell if the CPU fan is operating? You may have a CPU overheat issue causing the shutdown. I doubt it is RAM, if the machine boots up and runs for a while.

The way it sounds that you have been able to use it for a while, then it shuts down, and shuts down quickly again after a reboot; it may be a CPU overheating.
