When i purchased my computer it didnt bring a backup cd just incase any inportant profile would get corrupted. My ? is how would i create 1 incase i ever run into this error. Please if any1 can help let me kno .

i'm not sure you can create one, but ususally when they don't include a cd you have a recovery partition on the hard drive. You could also download a copy that is the same version as yours, this would technically be legal as long as you use your product key because you do own a license for it.

Ohhh

I do have the system recovery drive so as long as the recovery drive is fine i have nuttin to worry bout correct. Does the recovery drive ever get corrupted.

You should be fine, unless your hard drive fails. In that case you'd be up a creek without a paddle. My suggestion if you're really concerned about it is to make a copy of your hard drive with norton ghost. Then you'd have a backup just in case your hard drive fails. But in reality something like that should be covered under warranty. As long as you have the COA you can use any xp cd of the same generation to reinstall windows. That product key is what's important.
