I was told to do this scan and post it here. My explorer.exe is taking up all my processor. Its like its set to realtime or high instead of normal, but its on normal. I loweredit, didnt help. If I open any program, the processor divides between it and the program, WMP was at 31% yesterday. Even my folders crash. Thanks for any help before hand.

Your log looks clean, scratch malware off the list of possibilities. Try disabling a startup entry in msconfig then rebooting. Do that for each of them untill you see your explorer calm down, then you will probably know which one is causing the problem. You may want to start with getright stuff and go from there :)
