SP3 seriously screwed up my computer. Is there a system restore point? I've already deleted it (Windows SP3), by the way. And if there is a system restore point and it works, does it delete anything I have done after installing SP3? Will it only restore to when I deleted it?

SP3 creates a system restore point, yes. If you restore to that point, all traces of SP3 will be gone, as well as everything else you did after installing SP3.

All you had to do was uninstall Sp3 and it goes back to your original configuration.
