windows xp takes FORRREEVVVERRR logging on

hey guys, here at work there is a guy who ALWAYS has problems with his computer (one in every bunch). anyways, when he starts up his computer and logs onto the domain we use for each computer, it takes forever and a day to load. when it does load, and you run adaware, that will get hung up and freeze on certain files. oh wait, he just came to me as i was typing this because it is acting up again, goddamnit..... help please?:mad:

Install AntiVir Guard - it's good and not slowing down computer. Second - defragment harddrives. Third - do a scan with AntiVir. Fourth - download "EasyCleaner" - GREAT program which will get a rid of unnecessary files, etc. from your computer. Fifth - Pray for good results. Sixth - Restart computer.
