[Windows XP] Uninstalled audio driver help!

Hey!
I was going to use this computer as mp3 player on the plane, but I also wanted skype but I only had 11 MB in C so I uninstalled stuff I thought I didn't need, and the first thing turned out to be the audio driver. Can't remember the name.

I tried googling audio driver downloads but all I got was THREE programs that all, after download and installation, scanned and THEN said that I needed to buy a registration code to get the drivers.

Is there any way I can get an audio driver again before I return home?

Most Drivers are not exe files. You find the Sound Card in the Device Manager, and run the update Driver Wizard, or run the Add Hardware Wizard, and point it to the XP Driver folder.

double check your info. This is all i found for 900 anything at Asus.

I would think you could delete the driver for audio in device manager. right click and update driver also.

On the left side, I try to use the "wizard" that pops up on start up. But it says it doesn't find any device information files.

On the right side, I try to go into Device Manager, under Sound, Video and Game Controllers, where Legacy audio drivers was the only thing I found that looked like what I wanted... but it says it works properly and..

... found Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus on the list as well, (http://imageshack.us/f/841/43693243.png/) and that's what's missing. It says it doesn't work and when I press the Reinstall Driver button, I come to the same menu again, the Found New Hardware Wizard that's also on the left side of the first image.
I choose
Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)
But it can't find any "Device information files" in any location ( not in the whole computer).....

Um I actually found a Setup.exe in the zip folder. It's installing now; I'll tell you if it works!
