Windows (XP) user account locks randomly

I have an HP Compaq laptop running Windows XP and I've noticed recently that when I shutdown and then restart, I get an error messages that says my Windows User Account is locked.

This doesn't happen when I go into Standby mode, just after I shutdown for the night. What are some possible causes, what can I check, and how would I remedy this problem?

1st of all u can restore ur system. or u can remove ur wga from ur computer then change ur seriall number.maybe it s becoming cause of that.
