and I need to install new windows...
I have original windows 7 cd.
Can you recommend me windows 7 32 bit or windows 7 64 bit.

Definitely 64 bit.

As others have stated, you want 64 bit as the laptop has more than 3.5 GB of RAM (memory) and 64 bit offers some security features. Without 64bit you won't see all of the RAM. Only up to 3.5 GB.
