try msconfig and choose selective startup and uncheck load startup items and see if it still popup after a restart, if is still happening and you dont have any spyware program try scanning with windows defender beta 2.

Selective Startup
I unchecked "LOAD STARTUP ITEMS" ; REBOOTED: And the Win32 folder did NOT pop up. To confirm, I rechecked it and the folder did popup. I have AdAware and it had found some cookies and nastys that I removed but the folder still poped up. ONLY doing the unchecking startup did it stop. WHY? And where do I go to keep it stopped if I recheck "NORMAL STARTUP" ?

Which one to shut off with out reboting 30 times???? These are whats in the "startup" tab has with a check in front of each one
