WINXP trouble!!!

I'm a new member of this forrum. My English is not good, so I hope everybody understanding me.
My computer was installed WINXP five days ago. Last night when i turned on my computer, i saw :
CMOS setup wrong
Press F1 for run setup
Press F2 for load default setting.
After reading, I chose F2. My computer's screen became dark. So I had to reset it and it worked.
What do i have to do to solve this problem? Can everybody help me?
 
When it comes up, press F1. Then in the BIOS, on the side it will give you some options, for example, "F10 to save and exit". There should be one that says "load fail safe defaults". Press the button for that one, then save and exit. If it still comes up, you will probably need to reset your CMOS
