Wiping Computer Memory

I am selling my current gaming computer. However, there is one problem. I don't have the windows 7 install disk, so I can't reformat the harddrive. This is not "super" big deal though as I have done almost nothing personal on it (ie. use credit cards, store personal info). Really the only thing it has is some games which I can uninstall, steam which I will uninstall, and any saved passwords.

Right now I was planning on the usual clean-up functions of ccleaner to wipe the passwords, extra registry keys, and then use its wipe feature on all my "free space". Is there anything else I can do/should do short of reformatting?

Thanks
