Wireless adapter that works with linux?

Can anyone show me a wireless adapter that works with Linux (Will be using Ubuntu 64-bit)? I haven't had much luck with Linux and wireless :[
This is going to be in my next build which will be an energy saving web surfer.

Sounds like a question for a linux forum. I've personally for wireless to be a big pain in the ass in linux no matter what distro your running. I've tried hard to get a belkin wireless card to work even though every forum and resource I find says it should native with the last several linux kernals. Connecting to a secured network is a whole other thing all together. Maybe it's just me but that's been my experience.
