I took in a friends lap top HP Pavillion DV2500 it had originally had Vista on it. The hard drive died and I replaced it with a new one and installed XP the machine is now up and running but the wireless can not see my router because it does not have the correct drivers. I have searched high and low for these drivers and have found nothing. Is there anyone that could possibly gove me some assistance. If there is anything that you think I am leaving out just ask

Go into device manager, right click on the entry that still needs a driver and click on properties. Then click on the details tab, then give me the 4 digit vendor and device id numbers. They look like this.
ven_xxxx and dev_yyyy Where x and y are 4 alphanumeric digits.

Download and install those drivers.
Neither of the ones you posted is the wireless driver. The top one is dial up modem driver and the other one is the card reader.
Can you give me the exact model number of the laptop? Should be listed on the bottom of it on a sticker. Also can you post a screen shot of the device manager?
