Okay. There is a red "X" through the network connector on the right hand side of my toolbar, in between the battery meter and the volume controller, but I am connected to the internet. This started happening the day that Counter-Strike: Source and iTunes stopped working. (I was able to get iTunes to work.) This icon (with the red arrows pointing at it):
when I hovered over it, it used to instantly provide info (like it was supposed to). But now, it takes about 45 seconds to give me a list of otions if right-clicked, and about 5 minutes to pop up a list of available networks. I am thinking that this is the problem causing CS:S to not work. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
