New to this forum, and haven't used one since for a while, probably use this for a while, missed using a forum.

I've been looking to get a wireless keyboard. I'm not one to break the bank, but want to get a good one. The one thing is i have no care for the mouse, since i want to get a "Logitech Cordless Trackman" since i like the trackball again.

I like my standard keyboard with the media keys and such and am basically looking for reliabilty, especially since i will be using a seperate wireless mouse(if anyone uses usch a combination, please give me some feedback).

Thanx

logitech all the way i have a y-rf21 model. its a little old but ive had no problems whatsoever...it has all those media keys and stuff and batteries last a long time. i dont even remember when i changed them last. ive had good experiences with logitech and wouldnt use any other brand for mice or keyboards.

I got one of the Microsoft keyboards from Newegg recently and I'm pretty happy with it. I really like how the keys feel, and the larger space button is nice. The driver shows the battery status(not sure if this will go down gradually or just say DEAD one day ;P) Probably the only things I don't like is that the F buttons require an F LOCK key to be pressed and then the buttons in the center(Home, end, page up, etc) have been altered so it takes a little getting used to...

OOoh, one last thing, I don't know if other keyboards do this or not, but you can set the windows buttons to do other features, such as NOTHING. I don't know about you, but I hate those extra buttons!

The Logitec LX700 Cordless Desktop Keyboard & Mouse kit is awsome... cost me AU$120 The recever is also a docking bay for the mouse and charges its to so you dont need to put new batteries in it.
