Wireless network not working???

Hi all,

I am currently facing this problem , i have 2 internet provider (A and B) which also have wireless network function, i can connect the (A) provider network but i can't connect the (B) provider network?? WHY this happen , can anyone here enlighten me thanks alot.........

I don't understand the A and B deal. Could you use more common terms, or at least explain what type of network we're referring to here. Wifi, cellular, etc...
