wireless network

would it matter if i hooked up a wireless network where the router and the motem were in one room, and say, in the living room i hooked up the wii which would be about 25 feet away? would line on site be an issue or does walls and objects really matter on wireless? also, could i just leave my two computers hooked up through cables, and then just have the wii hooked up wirelessly?

25' shouldn't be that much of a problem though rooms... I know I can use our wireless anywhere in our house( basment outside, etc etc) but be sure there's not too much electrical interference and what not... That can really cut down on your reception

Your two computers should be fine. Your Wii, it depends. I know that most portable devices(not calling the Wii one) have a weaker Wifi, so I don't know how this will play into gaming consoles. Whether it is strong enough or not you have to check and it'll also depend on your router also; but they should connect just fine. Next, make sure there aren't anything as said above by The_Other_One blocking; and to add to that, make sure you don't have a lot of wireless devices such as cordless phones, other wireless devices, and etc. directly or in the same path as it could effect the signal strength also.
