Wireless Networking

I have a friend who owns a campground and would like to offer wireless internet access across the campground. Is there a way to do this without running a network cable to each access point?

wireless bridge mode with WDS will extend the network and repeat it over wireless, so you would not have to run cables. However, you would have to run power.

My suggestion is get some APs that support PoE (power over ethernet) and then you can run just one cable for both data and power.

Access Points or routers that support DD-WRT. It's actually quite easy to convert a router to an accesspoint with DD-WRT and simply connect to a "main" router and extend the signal. I did that a few weeks ago just messing around with my and dad's routers...
