Wireless Phone on Pocket PC

Ok, this is kind of confusing what I would like to do...so...let me try to explain it.

I have a Toshiba e355 Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC with a SDCard Slot. I would like to use my PocketPC to access the Internet.

I would like to know if there are SDCards that can connect to a specific Cell Phone Provider. Also, does anyone know of any Free Cell Phone Providers offering Free Data Plans?

Thanks

I doubt there would be any free providers of WAP and other streaming services. It costs a helluva lot to run streaming and WAP because of the shear amount of bandwidth used is more that your average phone call. Most providers charge something be it credit, contract or even a fee to use the internet. I know it costs for me to use it on Vodafone.

GCR covered it... There are compactflash cards that have SIM card slots that make your PDA work like a cell phone(perhaps WAP as well) but of course you need a service of some sort.
