Wireless Printing

I have a two computers with printers and one laptop. I cannot for my life get the laptop to print on either printer. The laptop is Vista, others XP. They all have wireless internet coming from a router. So, I can setup a network so one of my XP computers can recognize the Vista laptop, but the two other computers see nothing. The older XP computer pops up with a message saying it cant make a connection when I used the USB Drive technique. The other two work and say they are part of the connection, but the Vista one, the one I actually need to come up with the other computer does not list my one XP computer. I read it has something to do with something with "Windows Locater", but that setting doesnt stay. It goes back to blank right away. Any solutions? Thanks

Are all the computers under the same workgroup name??
What is the OS on the computer that is sharing / hosting the printer???

The printers are on both XP computers. Vista is on the laptop, which I need to connect to one of the computers to print. Im not sure if the workgroup name is the same. I just did the make wireless network with the USB drive wizard.

The one XP computer recognizes Vista, but not Vista to XP.

The second XP computer is completely out of it. When I plug the USB into it, it says "Want to connect to the ****** Network?" I hit yes and it says it cant connect.

OK, sounds like it is a workgroup problem, i had the same problem.

This is how you change the workgroup on the XP machine

This is how you change the Workgroup on the Vista machine

Make sure they are the same, for example "Home" then that, hopefully should work.

I read somewhere that the xp pc has to be password protected for the Vista pc to see it.Just a thought.

New Stuff,

Now, the network managing on Mcfee Security recognizes all three computers on all three. However, still I can run the add a printer on any of the three and they dont find any of them (Other than the ones actually wired to the computer)
