Wireless Receiver?

I can't find a wireless internet receiver on NewEgg, and I was wondering if I was using the correct wording.

Also, if you can find a good, fast, quality wireless receiver, or whatever, tell me!

A wireless receiver...like a desktop wireless adapter for catching wifi?

Desktop, that fits in some kind of PCI slot. When I search it up, nothing comes up... does something appear for you?

And if you can find a quality, fast, and relatively cheap one, tell me

at newegg for the search criteria use the word 'wire'.
you will see wireless card pci, router and all the rest.

Those are receivers, right? I'm not trying to transmit, I'm trying to receive the signal from the downstairs router.
