Wireless/Vista Problem

I just installed Vista Ultimate and I'm trying to install drivers for my Linksys WUSB11 wireless and after it "successfully installs" the internet still doesn't work. I know it's probably not "vista compatible" but you guys got any ideas how to change that for me?

I'm still rather new to Vista, and have yet to play with it's wireless features... But how do things look in like Device Manager or network properties? Does the device show up in device manager without and question marks or exclaimation marks by it? As for the network settings, are you connected to any networks, or even seeing them?

In the Start Menu click Connect To and make sure you have your wireless router selected.

I checked the listing of Vista compatiable devices on the Linksys website here:

And yours wasn't there, just so you know and from my experience if it says its not compatiable... it is not compatiable.

if it came with a cd try to run it in xp compatibility mode its in the preperties menu if you cant get to it you might have to go to the cd find the installer and manually do it from there but i have a wmp 54g linksys wireless pci adapter and i ran it from the cd and i didnt have any problems with it
