I have a cable internet connection connected to my home pc. I've just ordered a new laptop and I want to create a wireless internet connection for it in the house, and i've been looking at the ZyXel P-334WT wireless router.
Now, the problem is, the home pc is running windows XP while the new laptop will come with Vista Home Premium, and I've read conflicting opinions online about Vista support.
In a few places I've read that some wireless routers cant connect wirelessly to Windows Vista computers, and that you need to buy a Vista Certified Router, while in other places I've read that it has no significance, and that the you can use routers regardless of what os you're using, that they're OS independant.
Now, which one is it? Will I be able to use this routher as I planned, with the XP computer wired and the Vista laptop wirelessly?
