Wirelessly Printing

Hey, whats up guys, I've got a question about printing on my new laptop.

My main computer is a desktop running WindowsXP, and is connected to a Lexmark Z730 Inkjet printer via USB cable.

Since I recently purchased a Sony Vaio AR-320E laptop running Windows Vista Premium, I set up a wireless network to share files.

Right now, I have the modem in a spare bedroom, and my desktop is connected wirelessly, in my bedroom. The laptop has internal wireless and is used mainly downstairs. I can share files though my shared folder, but I cannot find out how to wirelessly print from the laptop to the printer connected to my desktop.

Is this possible? The desktop is always on, and it prints easily through the USB cable. I also downloaded the Vista driver for the laptop, and it too is able to print when plugged in.

What do I have to do so that I can keep the printer connected to my desktop, upstairs, and be able to print from my laptop, downstairs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance for the advice.
