witch one is better

Well the brand is good, which means that you actually get the 430W you pay for, which you probably don't with the other one. And it is probably just better quality.
 
Well the CX isnt the best corsair. Not a bad supply at all though. Cant beat it for the price. Not for sure if its built by CWT or not.

But that Raidmax is a piece of junk. Cheap made and only 155W on the 12V rail.

Yes it is Channel Well DSA unit, which means cheaper and not as good as the CX400 was

From the reviews I read, CX430 is by CWT. You can't say it is in excellent quantity, but should better than Raidmax
