I'd go with the second one, since you said that its overclocked the highest to begin with.

I would go with the first one because BFG has good customer suport, but thats just me.

id go for the second one to.. xfx Rules!

since the 2nd one is stock OC'd more than the first one, you will have a better performance without losing your warranty and XFX also has a great customer support.

In all seriousness, the difference between the two is pretty minimal to the point where you will not notice the difference.
