With Friends Like These



Dont want to start a war...Sorry, but achievements are one of the dumbest things in games in my opinion. Getting them does absolutly nothing for you except make your e-ego that much larger. Do you honestly think anyone else looks at those. Or says to themselves "wow, he must be good at that game, or he has lots of friends". Besides, your not even legitimately getting these, your asking complete strangers to help you get them! The name of it is 'friends' like these, not strangers like these.

Yes, I have tf2, will I become your steam friend to help you get this achievement? Nope! Will I become your steam friend to become just that, a friend and in a couple weeks I would happily game with you? Sure :D.

Says the l337 gamer with as many hours! You goddamn dirty hypocrite you.. (;)) I agree that chasing achievements is, just personally, silly, but really, your time spent gaming is somehow more meaningful than his, even if some of it is spent purposefully collecting achievements? Of course not right? And exactly how are we "complete" strangers, us CF dudes, we see each others posts, talk sometimes, even render assistance every once in awhile. He could go far worse.

In conclusion, don't be an old woman. lol

That was pretty rude, you really could of just said nothing.

Anyway your entitled to your opinion I do achievements for the satisfaction of beating the game not for my "e-ego". I could care less if anyone sees them it just adds a little extra fun for me is all.

For those of you who are willing to help thank you for your response we can find a time to play later I think we could use Intelcrazy's new server.

I still believe they are complete waists of time but looking in my steam friends list it appears youre already there :O! So I guess Im now entitled to do this, give me a date and server, Ill hopefully be there.

Even more so that we've played in servers together before lol but thank you for your help

So far we have 4 people who have volunteered so once we get three more we can set a time
