[WLAN PROBLEM] Windows 7

Hi there,

I'm having problems with WLAN. I have input the password into my router however it wont connect... when I troubleshoot, it says its the wrong password... however it couldn't have been changed as I do not have access and the person who does is away. After a a little while it starts to connect but says "Unidentified Network - Limited Connectivity" and I don't know what to do.

Please help me

Go into the network and sharing center and on the left hand side click on where it says manage wireless connections. Delete the connection for the network you are trying to connect to and then reset it back up. This usually fixes the issue.
