Wlan connection is a connection between devices made form radio waves right? If I enable Wlan in a network can other computers gain acess to my own? See what im doing, control it, etc? And does disabling it interferes with the internet connection or the computer? If I have WIfi turned on than it shoudn´t matter whether i have wlan on or off right?

Please, if anyone knows this, please answer me ^^ thx

WLAN is a wireless local area network, it allows devices to connect to your network via a wireless card versus a wired ethernet cable. Anyone that connects to your wireless network has potential to see any files that you have shared, share your internet connection, or anything else that a normal wired computer can use unless you take security precautions. If you only have one device on your network and it's currently hardwired, why enable wireless?

And by the way the interferes from others wifi networks maybe is to high. Especially in channel 6 or 11.

Use inssider (freeware scanner wifi you must have a wifi card connected) from http://www.metageek.net/get_inssider_today

And check the channel with the most few or no interfeses, is the ideal channel for your wifi network.
