WMP Problem

I use WMP 11 but when i was playing my music it cuts out and my comp goes mega slow it is a BETA 2 version, so i uninstalled it and tired WMP 10 but the same thing happens...

I know some of yall hate WMP but WMP 11 is real good and its good to sort out my music and videos, but anyone got any idea's why this is happening?
 
if wmplayer 11 crashes it gives you the option to run it in safe mode, i guess u should try that cos it disables some plugins which maybe causing the problem. also upgrade ur mobo and sndcard drivers.
 
It dont ask me anything cuz it just completly freezes so i just gotta end the process from the task manager how do i run it in safe mode?

and whats mobo? lol
