H Hanamichi New Member Sep 30, 2006 #2 reinstall the old one or go to "control panel" ,"add and remove programme" at the top of the box check "show the updates" if it shows the wmp11 updates under wmp option then simplu unstill it.But the most simple one just reinstall the old one
