WMV video converter... help!!

hey guys, i got an xbox 360 and right now all it can stream from my pc is WMV files. is there a video conversion program that will convert mpegs and avi's to WMV? if so whats the name and is it somewhat simple to use? thanks let me know!!:)
 
do you have a link to maybe a demo or something? i think i have that now, but its for my ipod and only converts to mp4 format, does this one allow you to select which format to convert to? thanks for the help so far...:cool:
