wmvcore.dll file missing

Try this: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?wmvcore

You should place the .dll file in C:\Windows\System32\ and then reboot and your problem should be fixed.
If it still doesn't work, then open Elevated Command Prompt (i.e. run the program as administrator) and run the below command:
regsvr32 wmvcore.dll
This is a command for registering DLLs.
Edit: I just uploaded the wmvcore.dll file from my own Windows 7 PC, you can find it here: http://arkdesigns.ca/WMVCORE.DLL

Although step #4 is probably not necessary, and some people are against the use of registry cleaners all together (if however you attempt it, always create a backup of your registry or create a restore point)
