WoL with different SSD

Howdo again,

Now this may be something im doing wrong, or something very simple to fix. I have an
Asus Prime X370 Pro motherboard with Ryzen 7 1800X

I have an Adata M.2 drive in the only M.2 slot, that HAD my main windows 10 OS on it which booted via WoL protocol absolutely fine.

I upgraded my M.2 from 500GB to a Sabrent 1TB M.2, reinstalled windows and done all the network card settings to allow WoL. Infact i took a video shot of all my previous network card settings and replicated onto the new drive OS, BUT it wont boot from a WoL call :(

If my PC is powered off and i i reinstall my older M.2 drive and send the command it boots again!

Do hard drives have inbuilt settings to allow/not allow WoL commands? Because this really has me stumped. I have even cleared cmos and redone all the bios settings to allow WoL and still it doesn't start from a WoL call :(
