Wondering parts compatibility

Mobo - I am not a fan of intel motherboard, although it works.
I recommend Asus/ Gigabyte

RAM - $180 for DDR3 1600 is not a good buy...
You can find DDR3 2000 at similar price

HDD - Hitachi is not my prefered brand, I always recommend seagate 7200.12/ Western Digital Caviar Black/ Samsung F3
However, with that price, you can't find better deal

PSU - Even with Dual 5770, you only need 650W. 750W PSU would more than enough.
I won't recommend Rosewill, get a better brand

case fan - didn't your case already have 3 fans? Do you really want extra?
BTW, with $70, I personally would go for COOLER MASTER RC-692-KKN3 CM690 II http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119215

Cooler - from the review I read, Scythe SCMG-2100 Sleeve CPU Cooler could be a better buy. But it is quite large.
