I was wondering what Graphics Card would be best suitable and compatible with my system. (My system is made up of OS:Windows 7 MOBO:M4A78LT-M CPU:AMD Athlon II X2 220 RAM:4GB Dual-Channel DDR3 669MHz Graphics:ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics Hard Drive:Seagate 1TB ST31000528AS ATA Device (SATA) PSU:300 Watt.) Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you. P.S. also already plan on upgrading to 4GB more of memory when i upgrade card.

First of all, it hasn't been 3 days. You just posted this yesterday.

Secondly, what will you be doing with this system? You will also need to get a better power supply before adding a video card.

I know I over exaggerate the days in the hopes that someone would actually reply lol! Ive heard I can get the Radeon HD7750 1GB without upgrading my 300 watt cpu.

You won't be able to run any discreet graphics card off your current power supply, your current graphics will be integrated rather than a dedicated graphics card. That will need upgraded before you can even consider which card to get.

Okay, I think I understand. So if I dont upgrade my PSU I wont be able to upgrade too many components.(sorry im still a noob)Is there any way I can upgrade to a better, compatible CPU even though I have an OEM motherboard, Ive heard many different stories, many saying I can, many saying I can't. Which is true?

Everyone has been telling me I have a OEM motherboard because I bought my Asus at Best Buy, but what your saying makes more sence when it comes to it being retail. So since its retail I most definitely can upgrade to a bigger CPU then, correct?

You bought the motherboard at Best Buy or you bought the whole computer at Best Buy? Even though its an Asus computer, they will still put their retail version of their motherboard in it. They only sell OEM's to HP and other system manufacturers that don't actually make motherboards.

Like I said, Asus makes motherboards so why would they not put a retail motherboard into their system. Asus makes OEM motherboards for other computer manufacturers such as HP. Asus does not support these OEM motherboards, the actual computer manufacturer does.
