wont detect drives

hi i have a dell 4550 the computer will not detect the cdro or hard drive the error codes in back ABC is green D is yellow i have tried different cables i tried a different battery im clueless

You can look up the Dell error codes for your PC. My guess is that your IDE controller is faulty but I'm going to look it up for you.
