Yeah, that temperature is fine. If you see it start to go above 65*C - 70*C, that is when you need to be worried :)
 
Remember to run programs to test the stability of the overclock. This overclocking guide will be perfect for you. One of the best I've read, but the guide only applies to Athlon 64 CPU's, which you have.

70°c is nothing under load; in fact, most CPUs will still be running fine at 95°c. Anything over 80°c and you need to be investigating why it's running that hot though.

I once remember seeing an old machine at a school with an AMD Duron running at 102c. :)
