Word 2010 spacing messed up when printing

I'm using MS Word 2010. For any document, on screen the spacing would be fine, the print preview would also look fine. After printing, the space between some words would disappear (it would combine words) and some of the indentation on my paragraph would also be lost.

I would start by trying a different printer if possible.

also, update your printer drivers. That could be some of your issues.

Another option, download openoffice (its free), and open your document in there and see if it prints fine. This will either rule in or out Word as the cause of the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried it on multiple printers, I think the problem is with Word. I will use OpenOffice and see if the problem persists.

ok. That will tell us if it is a issue with word.

Since it is doing it on multiple printers, then we have already ruled that out.
