Wordpress download stucks at 10%, no matter from where I download!

Something really strange is going on here and its bothering me like hell, my wordpress download stucks at exactly 230KB no matter if I download it from WordPress.org, softpedia or cnet. And its the only file thats getting stuck like this, every other file is working perfectly.

My ONLY guess would be that the other two sites softpedia and cnet are doing some kind of direct data transfer between the visitor and the main site and WordPress.org is the only site having problem. I don't know! Any ideas why this may be happening! ( I am behind a ZyXEL firewall router )
 
if it is only happening to that one download its probably going to be the fact that both the sites must use the word press site as a mirror to get the download from.
probably be fixed soon or they may be a source out there that hosts the file directly but you may have to look hard for it
