im trying to apply as background , somthing that i wrote on the notepad .
there doesnt seem to be any way to do it using notepad itself and i dont have word on my computer . ive tryed copying it to some kind of photo editor but it wont let me.

You could try creating a text box in Paint and paste it into there and then save it as a JPEG or BMP...

or print screen, and save as a bmp or jpeg.
