Workgroup locked login...help!

I tried to set up a home workgroup and add my work laptop to it. I switched from work domain to workgroup, and restarted according to instructions. But now my laptop login no longer works and I'm locked out of my computer!!
 
try starting in safe mode ( repeatidly tap the F8 key at start up, b4 xp starts)
you might see the administrator account, try w/o password , the word password, the word admin

there is also a tool. it is an iso so burn it to a cd and boot from it

will only reset the local accounts
i only have luck with the one i have if i just leave the account password blank
and not enter anything in.
you should have used the default tab in ip properties to enter your workgroup ip
you aren't going to be your admin at works best friend for awhile lol
